This is Star Angel: Angelica ~Overture of Mercy.
Angelica has a long journey before reaching her ultimate power that you see here. Most call her 'Gold' out of respect or fear. She is the only Guardian Angel to have become a Star Angel, which are Heaven's greatest weapons-- basically the Assassin of G0D. The equivalent of a Demon Lord, they are more or less cosmic administrators. This bitch will put the fear of God back into you and then some. She will also put the fear of God into actual God, because that's how utterly fucked a Star Angel is.
