Does your town need a hard working street urchin to clean your store window and sell newspapers? Here's a character sheet that will fill your needs. (Note that I reused one of the RTP heads for the street urchin.)

It's a bit depressing, so maybe you can rescue him and he gets to hang out at your home base, instead? I included a normal walking animation for the kid so he can relax and enjoy a happier life with the new foster family.

Also included are two icons for newspaper items when you feel like incorporating that into your game. Maybe incorporate Lily's Librams and Lily's Taken Librams in your game so the player can read each newspaper?
