MACK (Makoto Miyauchi), one of the main artists of RefMap created all tilesets and character sets of RMXP.
That's why the RMXP tilesets have alot of similarities to the old RefMap tilesets.
Oh this is neat! RMXP has my favorite tileset and characters.
