Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

A fair number of people have discovered that our furm has a stocked archive of scripts. And seeing membership was needed, jimbobiii came by and completed his registration. Greeted he was by Remi who welcomed him in, and DerVVuflamn who added the forum has a topic dedicated as an index to all the scripts within the archives board.

Games Development
Development Discussion
It appears that if you asked DerVVulfman What's up as an RMers, he would reply it was spriting spriting and spriting. Seeing so much activity encouraged Ti-Max on seeing so much activity, though this week's activity by DerVVulfman was crafting massive spritesheets for three different swords.

When Remi-chan appeared within the Maps and screenshots thread, she was thrilled to see Solitaire come by for a visit. And after that, posted a screenie from a battle that she re-coded and rebalanced between Kara and her game's heroines while suggesting a video appearing in the near future.

Upcoming Projects
This week, Starmage was overjoyed by a funny penguin meme was made for Stellar Bewitching (Remastered) by Apho.

General Support
Early this week, Ace_V needed some advice on How to switch Immortality OFF? of a battler when previously applied within the Troops database. Ti-Max thought it was part of an evented system but DerVVulfman relayed that it was a built-in flag and supplied some code that allowed Ace_V to turn off the immortality when desired. However, DerVVulfman pointed out that the enemy may die immediately upon the flag's removal if its HP was reduced down to zero as it still took damage during combat. Remi-chan was surprised, replying the ability to remove the immortal flag existed within RPGMaker VX. But on later examination, DerVVulfman noted that both XP and VX would only remove the flag from the battler if a "Knockout" Death state were applied. And after scouring RPGMaker VXAce and MV code, suggested that no other iteration of RPGMaker appeared to have that feature.

RPGMaker XP (RGSS) Engine
There are ways to make enemies immortal, but removing their immortality may have them succumb to damage quite lethal. To offset this, DerVVulfman scribed I ACED THIS BATTLER INVULNERABILITY so enemies need not take any damage during combat, and thus not succumb to wounds were their invulnerability wanes away.

Resources Database
2D Resources
If the malevolent treant from last week wasn't enough, a new walking sprite of that entity now appears within the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V. A request by DerVVulfman, it impressed Ti-Max who complimented the work and its malevolent appearance.

Creativity Section
Art and Design
Feel free to tag along as Starmage Continues Her Arts and Training Journey. Just as she did last week, her journey set her upon quests to dabble with fanart illustrations. The first was an elvish lass wht bloody blade and eldrich flame in hand. And the second, a ginger swordsman fashion model sporting some Delvin Klein briefs, making even a slime swoon.

Well, that's it for this week.
