If you thought that the riots against US's Immigration Enforcement was going to hit the News of the World, that all changed when Israel launched a major offensive dubbed Operation Rising Lion began, strikingIran's nuclear facilities, missile launching systems and top military brass, it later expanded to Iran's largest oil field. Iran responded by launching hundreds of ballistic missiles, but targeting civilian area. As Israel calls on Iran's population to rise up against Iran's dictatorship, the US may be able to pressure Iran to come back to the negotiation table to dismantle their Nuclear ambitions. And while the Houthis made threats of retaliation, Hezbollah disengaged and decided to stay out of the fight. This weekend marked the 250th Anniversary of the U.S. Army, and a parade honoring the Army took place in Washington DC. The parade overshadowed the "No King" protest which included vehicular assault in Virginia, a shooting in Utah, and rioters in Portland using explosives and rocks attacking police and federal offices which has been ongoing in the LA riots for over a week. Despite the proven violence, the police injured, property damage and molotov cocktail by a repeatedly deported illegal alien, Former VP Kamala Harris stated that the protests have been peaceful. This week, Ukraine struck President Putin hard in their war against Russian aggression, detroying two major military supply facitlities. Despite that, and Ukraine fighters shooting down Russian MIGs, Russis makes claim they will never end the war until NATO pulls out and abandons the Baltics and its Baltic members. Do note that most Russians polled no longer see the US as an enemy nation. And as reported last week, China's navy continues to test the resolve of neighboring nations, sending a new air craft carrier into waters near South Korea, breaching defensive lines between Japan, Taiwan and the Philippines, and more air craft carriers sited off of Japan's coast near Okinawa. The manhunt for the killer of a Minnesota state politician shot 8 years to the day of the Republican Alexandria Baseball Practice shooting of 2017, ABC dropping veteran anchor Terry Moran after insulting President Trump online, a US Senator on video removed and arrested after storming into a DHS press briefing, India holding major air drill near Pakistan after a giant dogfight, the aftermath of Greta Thunberg's Freedom Floatilla, and so much more hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
College students have been discussed within the News of the Cyber World , whether more cheating has been detected with their use of AI to write their papers for them or that hackers are now stealing student information to apply for and steal student aid. The reliability of AI chat services has come into question, Apple calling into question how reliable their reason models function and recent studies just indicated that ChatGPT and others source their replies with Reddit and the Wikipedia. Meanwhile lawsuits against AI services loom as Getty Images are now suing Stable Diffusion for illegally scraping copywritten images for its training system. INC Ransom proved it can be the most repugnant hacker group when it broke into and stole data from The Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of Hamilton in Canada. An Australian financial adviser pushed client funds into a crypto scam, Israeli spyware severing ties after the Italian government implicated in hacking critics' phones, the U.S. FAA wanting to upgrade its air traffic system from floppy discs, the largest data breach occuring in China itself, leaks and structural issues calling for the International Space Station to be decomissioned, Google Play and a variety of new malware targeting gamers, Robotic Dogs and more hit this week's cybernews.

This week, it was revealed that Chinese Hackers have targeted politicians and journalists whom have a special interest in reporting about Chna itself, hacking into cell phones and hacking into the Microsoft accounts of the Washington Post reporters. And a Chinese group named PurpleHaze has been called out for targeting media, goverment and financial institutions worldwide. The Salt Typhoon data breach reported last year found to have been in action a full year earlier, and the hacker group DragonForce breaching Marks & Spencer and issuing ransom demands over a recent data breach also hit the news about Chinese hackers.

If you wondered What's up among some RMers, DerVVulfman decided to go on a binge writing new scripts, this time a system that will render a character's mouth in sequence with a pre-programmed file. Essentially a lip sync system, he uploaded an .mp4 video to demonstrate. After that, he revealed he continued working on Half Kaiser battler graphics, focusing upon helmets this past week.

Scripts Database
RPGMaker XP (RGSS) Engine
Last week, DerVVulfman unveiled a script to add Animated Message Profiles to the default message system that came with RPGMaker XP. However, there was a small flaw that appeared when left the field map after displaying a message with such a profile. So he came by andadded a line of code to fix the issue. At the same time, he performed a slight edit to the code to allow flexibility to anyone adding more options to the rendered profile image.

Another addon for the RPGMaker XP message system was crafted, and DerVVulfman dubbed it Talking Messages: Audio playback for Message Windows. With it, you can use a new message code to play a sound file when a message begins to play.

Rather than relying upon the rectangular cursor to identify a menu item selected, kyonides offers game developers Command Color for RPGMaker XP. With it, you can make your highlighted option appear in a completely different color than the rest.

RPGMaker VX/VXAce (RGSS2/3) Engines
Merely a day after creating a similar script for RPGMaker XP, DerVVulfman crafted a script that adds Animated Message Profiles for RPGMaker VX. Just as the other, it can render character portraits behind the message window, even going so far as to allow multiple portait frames to show or repeat in sequence. And though no issue appeared as the one found with its original, DerVVulfman updated it to prevent issues when shifting away from the field map and applied a slight edit to give would-be coders more flexibility when handling the profile image.

If you are tired of having a rectangular cursor to identify what menu item is selected, kyonides offers game developers Command Color for both RPGMaker VX and VXAce. Now, you can identify options by a color highlight as you see fit.

Resources Database
2D Resources
It makes no difference what period in which your game is set. A museum is a museum, and will always have cabinets in which to display fine works or priceless relics. Thankfully, the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V now includes such displays. Within, you may find cabinets that hold royal crowns, jewelry, tomes of great power and the occasional treasure map.

Creativity Section
Music and Audio
This past Friday was indeed the 13th, and fitting as the thirteenth work by DoubleX entered his Music Room, Entitled "Eternal Alienation", it is a melody meant to impress upon the audience the feeling of unwilling detachment. A synthesizer piece, one can hear how the keyboard can represent the passing of time, wind instruments the sound of lonliness and choir at the end representing suffering itself.

Art and Design
For anyone wishing to check out the Art deck by Demos "Rise Evil" Kerrigan, they would find four new works. Based upon characters created by Remi-chan, the scenes of these youths at play be it the beach or or kicking the ball around on the field are his alone. Some in color, some sketches and lineart, you will see a playful girl with a feline descent named Raira, a kitsune named Renae who had an unexpected encounter, and more to gaze upon.

Well, that's it for this week.
