Announcements and Updates
At last, with over two months of work, the archive that DerVVulfman had laboured upon is finally up ahead of RMRK's closure. Though the original site now locked and will be gone for good at the end of December, every script, plugin, resource and completed project was finally duplicated this week. And as members like KDC and Ace_V congratulated the achievement, DerVVulfman added that he has a support banner that notes many of the archived boards in the forum.

General Chat
Computer issus were common if you asked members What's on your mind?. KDC had found issues playing a game on WIndows 11 until he disabled a feature. On the ball and issue free for now, he now is going dual monitor. But when kyonides booted up steam, he was informed someone from Turkey attempted to hack his account. Ace_V noted that and how viruses began showing up moreso the past few months.

When it comes to the new version now available, bilgepump wondered if the lockpicking still exists for those now Playing Oblivion Remastered. According to DerVVulfman the mechanics were copied over, though he did suggest it would be more accurate if more than just the pick was involved. And he then noted how simple and arbitrary the lockpicking was in previous games.

Development Discussion
Scripting seems to be What's up with the RMing ventures of DerVVulfman now that some archival work has ended. He boasted he had a replacement for the main menu used by RPGMaker XP where it can easily add new menu options. But also noted he was working on an expanded version of the old RMXP SDK from nearly two decades back. He has been looking at the old scripts to see what he can break into smaller modules, giving a heads up how he broke one portion of the default battlesystem into smaller bites.

RPGMaker XP (RGSS) Engine
While one may see nothing different when they install Main Menu EXPANDABLE into their RPGMaker XP project at the start, DerVVulfman's replacement of the default menu system does something grand. This latest scrpt allows the game developer the ability to add or remove features in the main menu. And all one needs to do to add a menu option is to supply a single line of formatted data. But it is still a complete rewrite of the main menu.

Resources Database
2D Resources
It was a month ago that Bob joined the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V. A real trooper, and not one to avoid things when punches start flying. But he's always the one who needs to be stitched back up. Its not surprising given he is really a combination of wood, burlap and straw, the literal punching bag that he is. But to his aid, Ace_V has now gifted him and everyone some new medical personell. From the desert steppes a new figure approaches, and she is an accredited doctor. though tan garb underneath, she has a doctor's white long coat atop while keeping her bair covered with a simple hijab.

Well, that's it for this week.
