And I finally am one who has played Final Fantasy 1, oh yes. Okay, it's the PSX remake, from the Final Fantasy Origin release, that is what I had available...
I must say without the turbo button in my emulator it would have been a pain. So many random battles and little to no clue on what to do/where to go at many points of the game.
I played with a party without a White Mage, and with the limit to 99 Potions it's very easy to find yourself short on HPs in the middle of a dungeon. The selection of your party at the beginning is basically the only choice you make in the whole game, the rest is very very linear.
The next target in my retro gaming crusade is Chrono Trigger!

I've started up my PC with the intention to write some things for my vocational school, checked my e-mail account if I had gotten an answer from my classmates yet and see that a very particular thread I am follwoing about a very certain piece of music that is searched for by me and a bunch of other people has had an update and got distracted there.
With high probability the composer of said piece of music has been found, allthough the music itself has not been; not yet.
...
Crap. School's got to wait an hour, now I've got to do some research of my own XD' The search is getting close!

I lost my little friend Minty today (cat). She was hit by a car and was found by some neighbours.
I'm going to miss her, she was a very central character in our story. She moved with us back from France and was the kind of cat who liked to talk a lot. In fact, she is most known for how loud she could be! When I walked my dogs she would follow me all the way through to the park and then sit in a tree and meow at me from a distance. People gave me strange looks when they realised I was walking with a German Shepard, a Labrador and a little black cat. Most people don't walk their cats... but she used to tag along despite all that.
What a character.
I'll miss you my little friend. Thank you for all the joy and love you gave us all.

I've allready told you how sorry I am for your loss, but I'll say it again.
@DerVVulfman: Yes, that's the piece of Music I was talking about.
Allthough it looks like this new clue will be no help after all ^^' (Darn, the search is so close now! It's like a treasure hunt where you now only need to solve the riddle on the chest to open it, but you can't read it!)
Quick Edit: I hate it when I can't find a video I saw a few days ago and didn't have time to watch back then, saving it for later.
I could use somehting to chear me up right now and that vid would have been perfect <_<

I was going to listen to the new Mindcrack Podcast. Noticing how late it is I didn't, but scrolled down to check the links below to see what would be in store for me once I'll hve time to hear it.
That's how I discovered this: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2013/05/20/...y_feature/
