nah just not as thick of an impact.
My music is made to make you dance.As long as thats happening my art is complete valid.
Cause its what I want to do.Make you dance.
A film maker or pop star have similar reasons for wanting to be an entertainer.

anyway, back on topic.
You do consider your own music art even though it doesn't have like, a message right? Therefore I would say that a game is art.

And whether you dance or not really depends on your tastes.I play house and dance music.If oyou dont move to that style then I cant do anything about it.

well if you dont dance to house music then I wont help there.
I play house and dance,If you dont move to that beat...well you dont dance ot it.

As you stated, it is art even though it does not have a message which means games are art.

thats why all games are diff. from each other in some sense at least.
about tech. well, its more about programming... a game is a program.

You use it to draw.
They use it to create a story or fun entertaining game

A program is technically an art form by the wikipedia definition. Therefore, if games are programs, and programs are art, games are art through association.
