How do I edit my profile?

Uh, hello, I'm very new and/or just have been away from this forum for so long that I forgot how things work here. 
I... don't know where my Profile is? I've looked at the "Help" section and it just says "it's on the top left corner" and I'm not sure where that is
I clicked on my name in the "Welcome [name]" part, and it tells me I'm not fully activated yet.
So I guess I have to wait until my Intro post gets approved? I am kind of lost

Well, looks like you found where you can edit your profile pic.

Yeah, the system waits for X minutes after one signs up. Spambots would immediately attack the UserCP to put adverts in their signature or spam Private Messages with such. It's an anti-spam safeguard, not that we don't have a good anti-spam-on-register system already.
