just want an additional place to access stat definitions so I don't clutter up the game_enemy script with like 10k lines of excel code that's basically a list of stats :P |

nope doing the same thing, see's around corners and see's a character in a 7/7 sealed cube of blocks =/
also, had to replace some element.x, object.x's in that second one lol |

oh my, it IS peeking diagonally.
did the single box in front, and it didn't register, but tried
C = character
B = impassable object
E = event
C
.....B
..........E
and it found me.

tried three blocks thick, and 1st, second and third layer (just in case), and putting the player ON an impassable, and dude just runs himself into the wall repeatedly. :sarcasm: |
