Hey, I would like to have your opinion on something. It's not really to know if the mapping is good or not, but just to know if I'm right thinking the buildings are just too big compared to the character (small red-hair guy).

I started editing the houses to see if that's better. I personnaly think that it does look better, but I would like to have your opinion, just to be sure the hours spent editing are worth it!

The first map is good. What I can see wrong is the light. It's way too bright. The buildings ARE too big but the way you edited them in the second screenshot looks right on point. So just keep it up.

Yeah the screen tone is supposed to be an automatic event (see the guy at the left of the screen ?), but I just wanted to know for the buildings so I disabled it for the screen.

Well, I'm gonna continue to edit this then, thanks !

So, I started editing the RTP thingies, I finally have houses that I like.

There still are some things I have to fix (mostly shadows, some are still opaque, like the tree's on the down right corner), but the main part is done.

But still. DAMN THOSE 32*32 TILES.

The houses definitely look more proportioned with the character. But again, the light effects are way too bright. It's stinging my eyes even more now that there's three of them! The tiles look really good though.

Oh- You were talking about those light effects! I thought you meant the screen tone. I lowered the light power, thanks for letting me know that. :P
