US Should Send Message to CCP
By Selling More Weapons to Taiwan: McConnell

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said on May 24 that the United States should send a message to the Chinese Communist Party by selling more weapons to Taiwan and helping the Ukrainians win their war with Russia.

By helping the Ukrainians defeat Russia, he said, the United States could demonstrate to Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader Xi Jinping that asymmetrical warfare was possible, and that a Chinese invasion of Taiwan would end in grave harm to the Chinese people.

Likewise, he said, by selling more and better weapons to Taiwan, the United States could better ensure that it could defend itself from CCP aggression.

To that end, China’s Xi has vowed to unite Taiwan with the mainland and has not ruled out the use of force to do so. Indeed, U.S. intelligence leaders believe that the CCP will launch an invasion of Taiwan by 2030 if it fails to otherwise coerce it into unification.

Others, however, have criticized the administration for having no real military strategy in place to contend with China in the event it actually does invade.

 Well, some people say China would have to invade Taiwan before 2049 because that's the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the PRC.

Russia Will Strengthen Economic Ties With China,
Cooperate With Beijing on Technology

“Now that the West has taken the position of a ‘dictator,’ our economic ties with China will grow even faster,” Lavrov said, according to a transcript published by Russia’s Foreign Ministry on May 23.

GOP Lawmaker Seeks to Hold DOJ
Accountable for Its Efforts Countering Chinese Espionage

In the aftermath of the Biden administration’s cancelation of the Trump-era anti-espionage program, the China Initiative, one lawmaker is demanding that the Department of Justice (DOJ) be held accountable for countering and reporting on threats from the Chinese regime.

Rep. Scott Fitzgerald (R-Wis.) introduced the Countering Chinese Espionage Reporting Act (H.R. 7325) on March 31. The bill would “direct the Attorney General to prepare a report on the Department of Justice activities related to countering Chinese national security threats, and for other purposes.”

By his estimation, a DOJ annual report to describe activities and operations related to countering the Chinese regime’s national security threats and espionage in the United States would become “quite valuable at this juncture,” considering how much the regime has infiltrated and taken advantage of American resources for years.

The news article above was published on May 17th. It claims that some Russian anti aircraft missiles deployed in Syria were launched against Israeli jets. No jet was hit by them, still, they still suspect this is a consequence of Israel's attempt to favor Ukrainians during the failed negotiations between Russia and the Ukraine.

Sussmanns' Defense Claimed Smoke and Mirrors while Durham Presented Damning Texts

On Friday, the Defense Lawyers for Michael Sussmann, the Clinton Lawyer charged with lying to the FBI when delivering the Steele Dossier. The lead lawyer, Sean Kerkowitz attempted to state that John Durham's case was all illusion, while presenting to the jury a poster reading "The Special Counsel's Smoke and Mirrors".

However, Special Counsel John Durham's case had statements by then FBI General Counsel James Baker stating Sussmann was claiming to be merely a concerned citizen and not on behalf of a client when attempting to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to the Kremlin-linked Alfa Bank. And this followed up with the billing records and eMails showing that Sussman had repeatedly billed his client, the Clinton campaign, for work on the Alfa Bank opposition.

And while prosecutor Andrew DeFilippis said during the closing remarks that the case isn't close, he added that the Government met its burden and the actual evidence provided would tell you what was really going on,

Handguns: Canada proposes complete freeze on ownership

Canada should introduce a total ban on the buying and selling of all handguns, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said.
His government is proposing a new law that would freeze private ownership of all short-barrelled firearms.
The legislation would not ban the ownership of handguns outright - but would make it illegal to buy them.
Mr Trudeau's proposal comes days after a deadly shooting at a Texas primary school, in the neighbouring US, killed 21 people.
The bill, which was presented to Canada's parliament on Monday, makes it impossible to buy, sell, transfer or import handguns anywhere in the country.
"Other than using firearms for sport shooting and hunting, there is no reason anyone in Canada should need guns in their everyday lives," Mr Trudeau told reporters.
"As we see gun violence continue to rise, it is our duty to keep taking action," he said.

Texas shooting: Uvalde gunman entered door that did not lock

Texas police have said the gunman who shot 21 people dead at a school last week entered through a door that was supposed to lock, but somehow did not.

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), which is investigating the shooting response, confirmed a teacher had initially propped open the door.

But a spokesman on Tuesday said the teacher closed the door once the gunman entered the campus.

Initial reports of the gunman getting into the school via an exterior door that was accidentally left open by a teacher had suggested a breach of school policy. Employees at Robb Elementary School are required to keep doors closed and locked.

However, an attorney for the unnamed employee told the San Antonio Express-News on Tuesday that she had closed it and "thought the door would lock because that door is always supposed to be locked".

Don Flanary said the woman had propped the door open with a rock so she could carry food from a car into a classroom, but she "kicked the rock away when she went back in" after realising a gun-wielding assailant was on campus.

Clinton lawyer cleared of lying to FBI over Trump

A former federal prosecutor, Mr Sussman had been charged by special counsel John Durham, a US government attorney appointed by then-President Donald Trump's justice department in 2019 to investigate potential illegalities in the government's handling of investigations into Mr Trump's 2016 presidential campaign.

Prosecutors alleged Mr Sussman did so because he knew the FBI would be less likely to investigate if the information came from a partisan source.

They also said that Mr Sussman had warned the FBI that a major media outlet (later revealed to be the New York Times) was preparing to report on the matter and that the FBI should investigate before the link became public - without revealing that he was also the source of the information for the Times.

The jurors, however, were apparently swayed by Mr Sussman's lawyers, who argued that the prosecutors were building a vast conspiracy theory around a 30-minute meeting with FBI General Counsel James Baker.

The defence team also said that research into political opponents shared with the media and government investigators is a common practice and that Mr Sussman's Democratic ties were public knowledge.

Mr Durham's office released a statement saying prosecutors were "disappointed in the outcome of the case", but that they respected the jury's decision.

The problem with all those ideologies mentioned above is that they have ALWAYS failed to provide people with the happiness and self accomplishment they promise their followers. Even China, their favorite pet country, isn't free at all. People are censored every single time they criticize their central government. They can't visit foreign websites at will. Free speech doesn't exist there at all. You need further proof? Just take a look at their social credit system. Buy more than a single wine bottle and you will lose points instantly! Churches and Muslims are persecuted and aren't allowed to teach their beliefs without modifying the Bible or the koran to adapt them to the Communist ideology. Florida man arrested for Twitter threats against Rep. Lauren Boebert

A Florida man was arrested for threatening Rep. Lauren Boebert's life, according to federal court documents unsealed Friday, which reveal a series of menacing Twitter posts.

Matthew Lee Comiskey of Palm Beach County Florida is facing five counts of "Interstate Threat," for posts sent during September 2021. His indictment, dated May 26, was under seal until Friday, due to the fact Comiskey had not yet been arrested. Then Friday, the Justice Department moved to unseal the case "due to the arrest of the defendant."

Comiskey's posts included one which said, "I got my 2 amendment tool all ready to destroy Lauren's face! Hopefully in front of her kids."

Another post read, "Don't worry Lauren, someone is coming soon to show your face the 2nd amendment in practice with a copper jacket. Enjoy."

Childish. Totally irrational. How the hell did he think he could threaten a politician or anybody else just like that!? And he even claimed he would do that in front of her children!

Soros-Backed Leftists to Buy
Historic Anti-Communist Miami Station in Radio Shopping Spree

The Univisión-Televisa conglomerate has made a deal with a left-wing coalition financed in part by George Soros to purchase 18 Spanish-language radio stations around the country, reports revealed this week – including historic anti-communist Miami station Radio Mambí.

The purchase, which still requires FCC approval, is an attempt to stem the tide of Hispanic-Americans voting for Republicans based on cultural conservative values and a growing disdain for the failed presidency of Joe Biden – or, as one of the executives in charge of the purchase described it, to combat “disinformation.”

If approved, the deal would put the 18 radio stations in the hands of a newly minted left-wing organization called the “Latino Media Network,” headed by alums of the Obama White House and advocacy groups tied to Mark Zuckerberg.

American Mother Pleads Guilty to Leading Battalion for ISIS

An American mother from Kansas pleaded guilty in a U.S. federal district court on Tuesday to organizing and leading an all-female military battalion for the ISIS terrorist group in Syria.

Allison Fluke-Ekren, a mother of five and former school teacher, admitted to training around 100 women and girls to support ISIS activities. She also plotted to carry out a terrorist attack on U.S. soil, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announced, citing court documents.

After spending years abroad supporting the ISIS terrorist group, Fluke-Ekren was transported in custody to the United States after being arrested in Syria on Jan. 28.

According to the DOJ, the Kansas mom, whose parents and adult children want nothing to do with her, left America for Egypt in 2008 to live with her second husband, a now-deceased former member of the Ansar al-Sharia terrorist group.

For the eight years starting from approximately September 2011, she spent time in Syria, Libya, and Iraq engaging in “terrorism-related activities,” ultimately becoming the leader of Khatiba Nusaybah, the all-female ISIS battalion.

As its leader and organizer, she trained women and young girls—some as young as 10 or 11—in the use of automatic firing AK-47 assault rifles, grenades, and suicide belts packed with explosives. Nicaragua opens the door for Russian troops to land in Central America

The report also pointed out President Daniel Ortega had authorized the entry of foreign military troops, ships, and aircraft for humanitarian purposes after extending an invitation to the Vladimir Putin administration to this end.

A decree signed by Ortega in this regard has been published June 7 in the Official Gazette and it was later confirmed from the Russian side Thursday.

“The most unpleasant icing on the democratic cake for the United States was the sensational announcement by Daniel Ortega, president of Nicaragua. He allowed Russian troops, ships, and planes into Nicaragua. Of course, only for humanitarian purposes, Russian troops can enter Nicaragua in the second part of 2022,″ Skabeeva said.

”If US missile systems can almost reach Moscow from Ukrainian territory, it is time for Russia to deploy something powerful closer to US cities,“ she added.

The Ortega regime noted that the exchange between the military forces will be of ”mutual benefit in case of emergencies“ between the nations.

Russian troops will be welcome ”to participate in training and exchange exercises in humanitarian aid operations, search, rescue and salvage missions in emergency situations or natural disasters“ from July 1 to December 31.

At first it seemed to be a rumor spread by a Russian ambassador but now it has been confirmed by both the Russian and the Nicaraguan governments.

US lifts COVID-19 test requirement for international travel

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced Friday that the requirement will end early Sunday morning. The health agency said it will continue to monitor state of the pandemic and will reassess the need for a testing requirement if the situation changes.

“This step is possible because of the progress we’ve made in our fight against COVID-19,” said U.S. Health Secretary Xavier Becerra.

Airline and tourism groups have been pressing the administration for months to eliminate the testing requirement, saying it discourages people from booking international trips because they could be stranded overseas if they contract the virus on their trip.

Justin Bieber reveals rare disorder behind facial paralysis

Justin Bieber says a rare disorder that paralyzed half of the superstar performer’s face is the reason behind his tour postponement.

The multi-Grammy winner is suffering from Ramsay Hunt syndrome, he said in video he posted Friday on Instagram. The syndrome causes facial paralysis and affects nerves in the face through a shingles outbreak.

Bieber’s post comes after he cancelled his shows in Toronto and Washington, D.C. The singer demonstrated in the video that he could barely move one side of his face, calling the ailment “pretty serious.”

New restrictions on ships to protect whales coming soon

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has been reviewing the speed regulations it uses to protect North Atlantic right whales, and according to spokesperson Allison Ferreira, the agency will publish new proposed rules within the coming weeks. A public comment process would follow.

Environmentalists have long pushed for stricter shipping rules to protect the whales, which number less than 340 and are vulnerable to collisions with large ships. They’ve fallen in population in recent years due to high mortality and poor reproduction.

The new rules could expand existing protections for the whales, which are currently protected by a network of “slow zones,” requiring mariners to transit slowly to avoid whale collisions.

Fauci, the head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), made the remarks while appearing virtually at the Health, Education, Labor & Pensions Committee hearing on June 16, during an exchange with Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kansas).

“The NIH is still funding research in China, at least $8 million since 2020. In the Intelligence Community’s 2022 Annual Threat Assessment, the Chinese Communist Party is presented as one of the top threats to the United States, along with Russia, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. To my knowledge, only China is receiving U.S. research dollars,” said the senator during the hearing. “When will you as director of NIAID stop funding research in China?”

[The U.S. federal agencies] had very productive peer-reviewed highly regarded research projects with our Chinese colleagues that have led to some major advances in biomedical research. So I don’t think I’d be able to tell you that we are going to stop funding Chinese.

We obviously need to be careful and make sure that when we do fund them we have the proper peer review and we go through all the established guidelines. Grants that go to foreign countries, including China, have State Department clearance.”

Dr. Fauci’s remarks prove that China is the drug he just can’t quit.

On information and belief, one of the female inmates in Ms. Maxwell's housing unit told at least three other inmates that she had been offered money to murder Ms. Maxwell and that she planned to strangle her in her sleep.

Said inmate had now been moved to the Special Housing Unit, presumably to protect Ms. Maxwell.

  This is something I've known for some time. But if you ever... EVER... abused a Child and were sentenced... and prisoners found out... your life isn't worth a dime.

Of this issue, the NY Times obtained a draft of a note from USA Today's audit of her work.

The audit revealed that some individuals quoted were not affiliated with the organizations claimed and appeared to be fabricated.

The existence of other individuals quoted could not be independently verified. In addition, some stories included quotes that should have been credited to others.

WITH RADIO HOST WHO DIED YEARS AGO

It took two days for the Associated Press to print a correction

The Associated Press published a report Thursday about Miami conservative radio hosts objecting to the Democratic Party’s push to buy up Spanish radio stations in the area, and somehow featured a recent interview with a famous radio host who actually died in 2020.

Confirming tweets by Conservative News Commentator Giancarlo Sopo, the Associated Press a correction to the article first published June 9, 2022, updating it two days later on June 11, 2022. In essence, they quoted one woman and thought she was Miami's ‘Queen of Radio.’Martha Flores. Sopo wondered at first how they initially interviewed her.

How the hell did they pull this off? Séance? An ouija board? Did they hire a babalawo to talk to her?

Note that Mr. Sopo acknowledged the correction and added it was actually funny and thought that there was merely mis-identification in who was being interviewed.
