Gonna keep this short and sweet.  This page is to hold zip/compressed files containing web pages that are found within the RESOURCE CENTRAL board of RPGMaker Web, this meaning Maker Specific and all other resources.  They are not divided by characterset vs background vs Tile.  They are in files solely based on the MAKER subforum they were in.

Only a couple threads had multiple pages. some appear blank because WEB's code didn't work with the site the graphics were within. A few appear blank, but on upening with a text file editor, you may find URLS to files that can be 'recovered' with the Internet Archive.  Fortunately, quite a few had the resources themselves saved within the web page's attached folder, while others have live IMGUR links.

Only a few were lost.

Yesterday, this thread began with the RPGMaker 2003 and RPGMaker XP 'specific' resources. I say specific because there are separate forums for "General" resources.

But today, I tackled the all of RPGMaker MZ's resources and the first 5 page of the RPGMaker VXAce specific resources. And then I traveled to a board dedicated to "THE OFFICIAL FREEBIES" and snarfed all those.

All in all, quite a bit has been grabbed.

Kinda feeling slow going, but I went through 15 index pages of resources. So now, I have only 8 of the RPGMaker VX/Ace Index pages left to go.

Unfortunately, it is now where people have dead links, many from TinyPic, older ImageShack, dead Photobucket and the like. Even some IMGUR links no longer exist as the poster removed their content. And in a couple instances, Wix Pages and the like had vanished, taking their content with them.

Yesterday I had a migraine. Good thing I don't do resources on Sundays. This morning, still had it for the first couple o' waking hours.

BUT after that, I tore through the first 10 index pages of "RPG MAKER MV SPECIFIC RESOURCES" there's over 50 index pages, but that means I'm just shy of 20% done already.

The download files are big. Split into TWO sets (01-05 & 06-10) the combined size of the two are 1GB! There are dead links, however it is very VERY few dead links. Oddly, a very weird url to a characterset generator of sorts, once processed through the internet archive, allowed me to get the 100% active and working MEDIAFIRE link to the generator. Yep, internet archive to the rescue when the poster goes woobly woobly with their links.

... whatever the heck woobly woobly even means. :P

Another day has passed, and another day of me zooming through 10 index pages of "RPG MAKER MV SPECIFIC RESOURCES". So I'm now roughly 36% done.

Again, the downloads are big and split in two sets (11-15 & 16-20), and the two nearly 800MB in size. Again, there were dead links, but few and far between. I do find it odd to see blatant imgur links that should show that are not working with the WEBS site architecture... or at least when opened with Firefox when others show them fine.

Odd indeed.

I was ahead, but a weird case of sleepiness overtook me. I might have been able to double the number accomplished if it wasn't for this riDONCULOUS bout of drowsiness. But I figure it was residual from me being sick the past couple of days.

I have now reached Index Page 30 out of 56, and over halfway done archiving the RPGMaker MV specific resource pages from RPGMakerWeb.

though the number of threads per page are a constant, the number I am saving is not. There are more pages with dead content than the start. And for reference, the first five index pages during this endeavor is almost the size of the ten index pages that I updated today.

In some cases, there were thread that utilized now-dead hosts. And a pair of threads had content removed as it was stolen from others. But one instance I found that the links provided didn't just go to a now-dead site, but to a site filled with malicious code (thank you Malwarebytes and etc!!!). So indeed, the amount archived today is nearly half what it should have been in comparison.

I think I know why I'm getting tired now.... ITS BORING AS HELL! I'm taking another break till tomorrow.

Another day, and anothe rset of downloads. Today, ten more index pages worth of threads have been archived. In some cases, notes added (as separate text files) giving indicators where resources thought lost can be found.

That is the last of the "RPGMAKER ENGINE SPECIFIC RESOURCES"!!!!

There are other resource pages to garner. I have no idea as to the size. But those specific to their engines has been grabbed.

The thread now sports a bit of a name change, and has more content.

It no longer is specific to engine-specific resources as I am now dealing with general resources from the Resource Central board. And with that, I am going through the General Resources. To be specific, it is the last of the actual resource content within other than Classifieds, requests and Tools.

Okay, Tools will PROBABLY be next.... but not until done with the actual resouces.

And with that, I am happy to announce that the entirety of the "Non-RM Program Resources" subforum and the first ten index pages within the General Resources forum have been grabbed and uploaded as zip files. As expected, they are in the top/main post.

Despite having gone through the first quarter of the board, I already encountered dead links from sites that vanished in 2025. In one case, your resident werewolf sniffed out viable content from a page that was initially lost. But then again, there were half a dozen pages from individuals posting rips or content that was clearly copyrighted.

Still, there are but roughly 26 index pages left to acquire.

My eyes just started getting buggy with today's work. But the next batch of ten index pages have been grabbed where resources existed. Only 16 out of 36 index pages are left.

There were a few sites that had tinypic or like hosting sites that died. But what was worse is the actual closure of suondcloud links and accounts removing entire works.

But I persisted in checking some off-site links. One went to a google docs page that ... the internet archvve kept redirecting from one url to another and it produced an actual viable download. To save others the hassle, the downloaded zip file is in the upload I made today. And another, I placed notes how one can use the internet archive to access a now-dead Japanese music site that brandished their music as free, and even noted the links WORK. I was able to obtain MP3 music from the site no problem. I even got google translations of the terms and intro page.
