Multi-Slot Equipment Script

I keep getting an error when I try to download this.
"You don't have permission to access /files/2008/10/3/2126590/Files/RPGMaker/RMXP/Demo/Others Western/Multi-Slot.zip on this server."
And when I right click the link and press "Save link as..." nothing happens.
EDIT: Seems to be happening to any Fileden links.
