A few things:
1. If I shaved that guys head, the skull would be MASSIVE. Hair is allowed to be big, but that's a little overdone
2. Too many folds in the hair. I know hair is supposed to be parceled off like that in anime, but I would suggest a large piece of hair with a few parcels
I really do like how you color and make your eyes. Very nicely done. While the hair coloring isn't the best, the way you color the skin is well done.
