General Chat
For the News of the World, the Ukraine Russian war hits hard, with Drone strikes from Ukraine obliterating Russia's nuclear bombers, this after Putin's deadly assault on Ukraine's civilian population last week that has US President Trump question the sanity of Russia's President Putin. NATO is extremely worried, so much so that NATO allies seek to purchase US Fighter Jets to counter Russia's own. China also hit this week's news, immediately violating a trade deal only just made with the U.S. And a Chinese Aircraft Carrier went into contested waters near Japan on route to the Phillipeans, this while the Chinese military having harassed vessels in the Phillipeans in recent months. Insofar as the US, President Trump's Tariffs hit a snag with Trade courts until an appeals court shot down the trade court’s ban. Meanwhile, one Democrat could be removed from Congress as bodycam footage showed her assault ICE agents two weeks ago, another condemn DHS agents who detained his aide while arresting rioters being harbored, and a third caught performing the NAZI salute. San Francisco lowering the education bar by eliminating failing grades altogether, Russia praising North Korean soldiers sent to fight Ukraine, major food warnings for salmonella and cookie food recalls, and more hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
This week's News of the Cyber World was bad for Google wishint to appeal the court's ruling on their anti-trust case, Microsoft is filing bankrupcy for their Russian subsidiary following comments by Russian President Putin, and a security breach in both Etsy and TikTok reveals the data of over a million user accounts. Meanwhile, Meta shut down a Chinese cyber-influence operation that targeted Romania, Azerbaijan and Taiwan. The CIA using a Star Wars fansite for an espionage operation, China forced to make their own AI chips, and more hit this week's cybernews.

If anyone has doubts about the nefarious actions of Chinese Hackers and their connection to the communist party, they should be aware that the UK, Czech Republic and the Netherlands have each reported recent espionage and cyberhacks. And US intelligence agencies published on Tuesday that China is steadily working to cripple and capture Taiwan.

Games Development
Development Discussion
If you wondered if anyone tried to break the rules of game making, by asking What's up, RMers?, you would find that DerVVulfman has been working on a new form of actionable event called an NPC, an event that is unbound to any single map. And along with that, he also revealed he finished working on the katana graphics for the Half Kaiser Battler project. And of graphics, Remi-chan revealed that she now has a new sprite courtesy of Coyotecraft and a youtube video presenting her revised battle between her heroines and the Crimson Demon.

As she continued to rework the dialogue within the first volume of her game, Fantasia, Remi-chan chose to take screen capture to present within our Maps and screenshots thread.

Tutorials
Appearing this week is a new guide to guide GameMaker users in Creating Platform Games. An older tutorial for GameMaker 4.2 or higher, it is the second tutorial posted by DerVVulfman despite he not having any experience with the system. But unlike the previous tutorial he revealed, this one comes with example code and a graphic file for use.

2D Resources
Are you ready for Christmas? You only have two-hundred days to get ready. But if you want to plan ahead, you may wish to check on the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V as a Christmas Parol Lantern, a traditional paper and bamboo lantern, are now available.

Creativity Section
Art and Design
For those that peruse the gallery of Remi-chan's Neato Arty thread thing!, they would see a new piece of pandemonium. The original design and layout of Remi-chan's vision of Shroedinger's cat scrapped, it is almost fitting that the anomalous figure was borne of spontaneous creation. However, this six hour work has no speed draw. Instead, it has a bit of prose, one of Remi-chan's own Writing Snippets~.

Literature
A rare page indeed fluttered among all of Remi-chan's Writing Snippets~, a tale of chaos incarnate, the mind of the mistress of anarchy. She who no longer has a master whom gave her existance, and is both her own master and slave. Remi-chan presents this bit of prose with some haphazardous riffs to set the mood.

Filmography
If you wish the enter the auditorium of Remi-chan's Cinematic Theatre, you would find yourself with two different choices. Do you wish to view the recently updated cutscne showing a starship armada? Or fid you wish to get a sneak peek of a confrontation by Remi-chan's newer vocal actress confronting the Insidious Architect.

Well, that's it for this week.
