Had to go to court early this morning as a witness for the prosecution. I am NOT a morning person.

Normally takes 45 minutes to get there... no one was UP! Took 20 minutes. I shoulda had breakfast.

I needed to be there by 8:45. The judge finally got there at 9:30. Geez... at least he could be on OUR schedule.

After some time... HE got tired? We went to another judge. What the? And I'm not?

Waiting waiting waiting... one court case after another.... And at 11:00, a recess. We're not done yet?

The judge took 30 minutes for his lunch. There were no eateries worthwhile around. Ugh... I really shoulda had breakfast.

Dear lord... the guy I had to testify against was the last guy on the docket? And... he had to be brought upstairs from HOLDING.

And ... after waiting till 12, he pled out. *headdesks*

I created a phonological chart for my language:


27 consonants, and 10 vowels, quite a large phonemic inventory.

NOTES:
It should be noted that Place of Articulation (POA) is the top or x-axis of the chart, and Manner of Articulation (MOA) is at the side or y-axis. so when you make the "p" sound in "pin" you are making a voiceless bilabial plosive, this means your vocalcords are moving, compare an /f/ to a /v/, you feel vibration with /v/ and none with /f/, /f/ is voiceless, /v/ is voiced, but they are both labio(involving the lips)-dental(involving the teeth) fricatives.

Also /j/ makes the "y" in "yes", seems counterintuitive... but then Jagermeister.

learning IPA is good my friends, it can help you learn any language...

Alright, so here goes my day (thus far...)

So, I started at 5:45 this morning, gearing up for work. Got out to my car to see the inch of ice that was fused to it. WOW. Okay, so, scrape scrape, and taking sidestreets cause traffic backed up for miles on the freeway...

Got to work on time to find I was the only one there for the entire company's ProSupport Division, and no, I don't work for some ma and pa call center, I work for DELL -

I get done with work which, after the initial onslaught was pretty laid back, and cruised around on some websites for research for my RMVXA project. and going home to relax.

Needless to say, I hate Saturdays sometimes.

Oooh. Just got my first 'FAKE AND MALWARE LOADED AMAZON eMAIL'. Granted, I've detected other fakers...

I have two eMail accounts, one for most of my applications, but another one for hosting and stuff. I don't use the hosting eMail for anything regarding Save-Point, Facebook, or any shopping stuff. When I do receive a PM, or make a purchase through Amazon, it is my normal eMail account that receives notification. Obviously, my second eMail account receives pretty much nuthin'. Only monthly updates from AOL.Com itself.

So today, my antivirus gives me an alert to a malware laced eMail from Amazon.com. Malware??? From Amazon??? Wait... WHAT? WHY IS IT IN MY OTHER eMAIL ACCOUNT!? THIS IS FREAKIN' FAKE!!!!!
