Introduction
Your character can increase his levels, but what of the character's skills? Can his skills increase or do they just stay the same? With this script, they can.
This system allows you to set experience levels for each actor's skill. The more they use a skill, the faster they may level up and increase their level of power... or more.

Skill Update(RTAB Edit Version)
Instructions
Place this below Scene_Debug or below your battlesystem (if compatible) but above Main. If both the 'Tactical Skills' and 'Tactical Command Display' systems are in use, this system must be placed BELOW them in your Script Editor. If you don't, then the skills won't level up. Only the indicater will flash. Also, if you are using this system with the 'Tactical Command' add-on for Tactical Skills, you will need the 'Skill update / Tactical Commands Patch' by DerVVulfman. The patch mentioned is not needed if you are not using the Tactical Command add-on
Newly created is the RTAB version of Skill Update... edited by MasterMind5823. Definite credit for the retooling of Claihm's script goes towards him. Just note that as of now, there is STILL no 'Tactical Skills/Blitz' script for RTAB, so don't bother with the patch for that one...
As far as controlling either of the two systems, lots... LOTS of hashes and switches are in the configuration system, typically commented for your use (and now translated). Too many for me to post comments on right now.
Compatibility
It may work with most 'default-based' battlesystems, but I cannot guarantee its compliance with SDK systems. It is not RTAB compatible due to certain battler control features.
Credits and Thanks
Obvious thanks to Claihm for making this system, and to whoever made babelfish which I used for the basic translations.
