 MrMo DVV Add-On #3: Cassandra's Personality Edit
#1
Mr.Mo's ABS
DVV Addon #3:

Cassandra's Personality Edit
Version 1.5

Introduction
This system is an enhancement feature for Mr.Mo's ABS version 4.5, likely to be the final version of his singular ABS system (other than his SBABS and his SBABS lite). It enhances the way enemies behave on the field map. So rather than them running blindly to the hero, they may back off and use distance attacks. Or the enemies may even run away when a fellow enemy dies.

Instructions
Built into the script.

Repairs to Original!
Yes, the original system may have an error or two that could not be repaired without direct editing of the script. These errors were not brought on by the Add-Ons but were bugs in the original. As such, this demo also includes repairs. These repairs will be noted below.
Player Damage Pop
Dash/Sneak Animation Fix
Restart/Continued Skill/Item Hotkeys

Compatibility
The bulk of this script aliases methods within or adds new methods to Mr.Mo's ABS. Two methods within the MrMo_ABS class have been rewritten that involve enemy behavior. One accesses the lengthy set of comments from the map event while the other uses the new data and changes the way the enemy behaves in battle. If any other system compatible with MrMo's ABS changes enemy behavior, it may interfer with or may be interfered by this script.

Terms and Conditions
This Add-On is free for use, guys. Even commercial games.

Le Bumpe.

There was an incompatability between this script and add-on #4: Francesca's Companions whereby enemies did not flee if a fellow monster dies. But the new version of Cassandra and a few edits to Francesca now allows cowardly monsters when both work together.

BUMP... to version 1.3

A routine that checked if an enemy can or cannot perform actions, and was modified for an additional battle behavior interfered with Companions when used with Francesca's Companions.

But ya know... I'd fix it.

Bump to version 1.4

Afraid of those monsters and you think you got away? Be afraid. Monsters may not be in attacking range, but a new feature added allows any on-screen monsters to still try to track you for a few more seconds. Getting out of range isn't going to help in some cases anymore. These guys can hunt.

Doin' the Bump!

Okay, the last version that introduced the enemy Hunting feature interfered with the enemy behavior towards opponents that needed to respawn. They actually attacked 'non-respawned/invisible' enemies, looking like they were attacking air.

That bug has been squished real good.

:s There are a couple of enemies I did not re-configure to match and use the hunting system. It's not the script, but the enemy event.
