Hi long time no see guys and girls. I been working on fan manga based on the game Bomberman64 by Hudson Soft. Now in my fan manga Bomberman is just a normal man named Leevi with the power to emulate an explosion for his body and throw exploding energy balls. All I wanted to do was show you guys and girls the prologue. I won't be posting it here because it's on deviant art.
Anyway enough with me typing here is the picture with the written prologue:
Just to let everyone know the man in the picture is actually Sirius not Leevi. I'd appreciate if you can tell me what you think of it. :)
If you want to know about Bomberman 64 you could look it up here:

EDIT:
Not trying to advertise anything but for some reason I am unable to zoom in on the picture's actual size so here is another link for a closer look:

Also I can't really upload the title page of the manga so go here if you want to see it:

Well...You did what you wanted, so where is the problem?
If people are not familiar with the original game, don't like Doujinshi or are not interested in the idea...what did you expect? XD You left this here for people, assuming in case they are interested.
There was no request for "If you have a moment, please take a look and give me feedback about X" or "I would apprecate if someone can look if the story makes sense" or "Does this still make sense if you don't know the original?" or anything.
Only because you post something it does not imediately mean everyone on the forum is going to check it out, that is not how it works
So: what exactly do you want from us now? Please do tell, so we may or may not be able to help out.

I just would like people to at least look at it and let me know what they think of the drawing. I'm not going to bite their head off if they don't like it. I felt that no one was bothering to look at the topic was all.

Again: "Fan Manga". Not everyones thing, and if you don't know what it's about... There is not really a lot here that gets people interested either.
Personally I've never even heard about the game this is in refference too, so all I could do is give feedback on the art itself, if that'd be of use...?

there you go.

It's okay. Just understand that we do appreciate your work, but it hadn't been a week quite yet. Fanfiction sites would garner you more criticism than a gaming forum, though we did make this outlet for such creativity.
If Trickster was still active, he prolly would be all over it (Bomberman was his avatar).

Oh, Bomberman... It didn't immediately jump to mind but after seeing the wiki link I remember what that is now. Fun looking game.
The original game doesn't have a storyline, does it? So what's your inspiration? It's very utopian sounding.

I got inspired from the t.v. show Defiance actually. I was also inspired by a few animes as well. So I chose to do this for fun. I'll be putting up the other pages on deviant art whenever I get a chance to redraw the scenes on the computer. I wrote the script for it and drew it on paper and pencil first. That way I can get a better visual of what I want and take my time when I draw it on the computer.
