Thread moderation from the thread listing is broken. Can still moderate from inside the threads

Do know:
PayPal charges me 3-5% per successful transaction. ( 2.99% domestic US, everywhere else it varies - although AU seems to be more like 1.5% )
Stripe charges me 2.9% + $0.30 per successful domestic transaction. More for people paying from outside the US
With the average donation size, Stripe eats up about 30% of the donation. Please only use it if you have to, and if you
do, please consider a larger donation to make up for transaction fees.

Right now, problem solved... other than inline moderation of the thread prefix button. To apply the 'BUG' prefix to this post, I had to go in and edit your first post.

Fixed.

The last inline thread moderation feature to replace was to allow moderators (us staffers) to apply the thread prefixes to a thread without needing to actively enter the thread's 1st post. Now we can just click the thread and select the prefix, no 'full edit' required now.

It turned out that the original code was written in 2011. Fortunately, the original author just wrote the new version for MyBB 1.8 just now. T'was a simple upgrade.
