On Hiatus....... again...

Okay so... Starting... today, I guess, I am gonna put the project in a teeny tiny hiatus for a while.

Drive frustrations mostly. Turns out a lot of the Windows 11 updates took too much space on my drive, so I'm scrambling to free space, or waiting to get a new drive for my PC (My PC's current C drive says that it has 222 GB total (Counting used space and free space), and at the moment, I can only free 4 GB of space, at least. Worst case scenario, I move over to Linux, but I'm waiting on that for a few days just in case.

If I do move over to Linux, which might happen, I'll take the time to get things working. Other than that, I'm gonna see if I can strip some space free before then.

Till then, later for now.

Mini Update

Good news~! I have transitioned to Linux. BAD NEWS. I may be switching back to Windows, lol. First off, the transition is a success... kinda, RPG Makers work on Steam's Proton, if they don't have a native Linux Version, so I can go back to making the game at any time. However, secondly, it turns out what caused my drive issue before was a single bug.... from a file.... that I would normally not have complete control over. Microsoft is already fixing that up, and sometime next week, it's a reverse transition.

When I say the transition was a success, it was a complicated thing when it came to my external HDD, I had to back stuff up on my Acer Aspire laptop, the files I wanted to keep cause I can't keep everything, and, pretty much, reformat the drive so that Steam can work on the external HDD, as for some reason the Linux Version of Steam didn't like NTFS drives, compared to the Windows version of Steam. Also my Scroll Lock key ain't working on Linux, so my keyboard can't light up. It's also hard to see the keys, since those light up as well. So that is another reason once the fix on Windows 11 happens.

The game is still in Hiatus, technically, but it's going to be lightly developed, to prepare for the reverse transition sometime next week, or two weeks ago. Maybe even never if the fix wasn't enough.

Thought I'd update on the state of the game's hiatus status. Alrighty. Back to whatever I was doing.
