While working on the Half Kaiser battler's LEFT-HANDED poses, I would be completely remiss if I didn't work at upgrading the Layered Spritesheet tool:
The top right corner used to house buttons only for the two gender options. But now they house both gender and hand-orientation options. Completely togglable, they can choose if you have graphics within the Male\Right, Male\Left, Female\Right and Female\Left subfolders of any main graphic folder. The caveat is that you cannot store in a Male, Right, Left or Female folder alone. It detects if the graphics are defined by both options, or not at all.
Cest la vie.
Now, MOST of the running poses didn't need touching all things considered. But notice the middle 'archery' pose. The original male-defined archery spritesheet that it was based upon used this perspective which was technically all wrong if you were right handed. But they used it for a right-handed default sprite. NOW corrected, the archery and rifle poses as they exist are within (or will be within) the left-handed sets.
And yes, toning the body templates has begun.
EDIT: My statement where you could not use either Male/Female or Left/Right folders alone... is DEAD. If a component folder (let's say... Body) has only Left and Right subfolders for all the resources, it will work just fine. And if a component folder contains only Male and Female subfolders for all the resources, that works too!
Now for dual subfolders, the format is Gender/Hands. So you can have Male/Left, or Female/Right as examples. But not the other way around. Left/Female does not work.
And seeing the clock... Time to hit the sack!!!!!
