Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

This week, the News of the World saw the Strait of Hormuz as economic leverage against Iran who had agreed to US President Trump's terms to halt their nuclear ambition. But did they as satellite images show Iran using the ceasefire to reconstruct their missile bases? It was only days earlier that Iran was extorting all vessels in the Straight and vowed to sink US ships in the Strait. And just now they fired upon two ships near Oman after closing it once more. The US retaliated by blocking a dozen Iranian tankers and seizing one trying to run the blockade near Oman. It has not been a good week for the Iranian backed terror group, Hezbollah, who tried to get Lebanon to reject peace talks with Israel. But after another strike by Israel uncovering a Hezbollah weapons stash inside hospital in Lebanon, Israel and Lebanon agreed to a ten-day ceasefire. This was the first peace talks the two nations had in over 30 years. Russia's assault on the people of Ukraine continues, launching deadly airstrikes even though Moscow is now breaching the airspace of another NATO nation, Romania. Now losing over $100 Million a day after Ukraine destroyed Russia's oil infrastructure, Russian President Putin is now struggling against public opinion as Russian Media Influencers are condemning the the country's top officials just shy of Putin himself. For Democrats in the United States, it has been bad news. Congressman Swalwell has resigned from Congress over the numerous sexual assault allegations, the Department of Justice under the Biden Administration has been blasted for evidence tampering and jailing pro-life protestors with prison sentences twice as long as pro-choice advocates. And longtime adversary of US President Trump, District Judge James Boasberg was ordered by an appeals court to end his pursuit of contempt inquiry over Illegal Aliens from Venezuelan migrants sent to El Salvador. Now that Trump's promise of no-tax-on-tips has come about, Chicago's mayor now seeks to strip away the now tax-free tip-based wages while claiming it based on slavery. And just before he resigned from his position to spend more time with his family, ICE Director Lyons announcing the largest state-sanctioned trans-national Gift Card Fraud in history, all involved Chinese nationals entering the US under the Biden administration and the funds going to the Chinese Communist Party's military. There was devastaing loss of life in Southern Turkey this week as a school shooting by a 14-year-old student that took the lives of nine and wounding thirteen others occurred this past Wednesday. And a prior shooting just two days before in Siverek by an 18-year-old former student who wounded sixteen before turning the gun on himself. A string of arsons targeting the Jewish community in London is now being investigated for having ties to Iran. The Kenton United Synagogue in the Harrow area was the third such attack within just a week. A pro-Iranian government group has claimed responsibility for the attacks. And after a years-long manhunt, Daniel Kinahan, the alleged leader of one of Ireland’s biggest criminal gangs was arrested in Dubai on organized crime charges. Greta Thunberg's latest freedom flotilla rocked by sexual misconduct allegations, Ukraine using robots to capture key Russian positions, the strange case of the missing general and deaths of scientists connected to secret US work, China agreeing to not supply Iran with weapons, former hotels and shelters near NYC playground found still housing sex offenders, the nearly two-hundred fatal roadside accidents during Thailand's festival of Songkran, a Michigan gas station clerk saving a 16-year old kidnapping victim hit the news this week.

Big tech took a massive hit in the News of the Cyber World this week, as there is now a $135 Million settlement with Google's Android, and many may be eligible for a cut. And for those who felt scalped, Ticketmaster has been found guilty of violating anti-trust laws. Millions are now revolting againt big name streaming services such as NetFlix, Hulu and Disney+ for inflating their prices. And Amazon is now being sued for sabotaging and bricking Fire TV stick devices to compel sales of newer versions. And if you are using a chatbot while plotting anything Illegal, courts have ruled that AI chatbots are not confidants but online services, and the logs can indeed be used in court. Hackers breaching Booking.com's services, the creepy AI clone of Mark Zuckerberg, the iCloud storage scam, the three large advertising agencies violating anti-trust laws boycotting media platforms, Gen Z'ers trashing smart phones for retro devices, and more hit the cyber news this week.

For those curious What's up with the RMers around, DerVVulfman continues workign on the editor for his Face Sync system, he completed working on the File loading system and began labouring upon the page that adjusts the graphics used by the targeted NPCs. However, he also supplied a screenshot showing the differences in scale betwen his past endeavor and the version he is now crafting. Meanwhile, Ace_V celebrated as he was able to complete the crafting of a vastly sophisticated quest. He still needs to perform tests to ensure all the events properly work. But after that, it will be time to work upon the cutscenes. And if anyone knows who created the 2006 robot sprite he is using, feel free to relay the name of the original mystery artist. Ace_V wasn't the only one with cutscenes on his mind as Remi-chan is still rewriting dialogue and boss battle introductions, showing off video with revised content dealing with the Last of the Living Royalty taking matters into her own hands.

For those who use RPGMaker 2000 and 2003, DerVVulfman posted how to add After Battle EXP for Tough Fights, a feature he credied Iishenron. WIth the system, it calculates the strength of the individual party members to see if they faced enemies too weak to give them any experience. Only by facing challenging opponents would you gain.

RPGMaker XP (RGSS) Engine

This week, DerVVulfman updated Windows Widgets! not once but twice. His first update allowed one to set the justification within Labels, provided a means to refresh folder and file boxes and added a command to force a window to be in focus. This was followed by his later update which added both Line and Shape widgets to the system.

RPGMaker VX/VXAce (RGSS2/3) Engines

An adaptation of his prior work, DerVVulfman released SCREEN SIZE for RMVXAce. Based mostly upon the work of Selwyn, it is a resolution script that can change the innate window sise of an RPGMaker VX Ace game beyond its maximum 640x480 scale.

Working as a seamstress is often a thankless job, and no less for a tailor. And for those using the tailor sprite found within the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V, even more emotional responses are available for when unforseen or problematic issues arise.

Art and Design

Once more have the halls of the forum's museum have found content anew. For the gallery set aside for Remi-chan's Neato Arty thread thing! has royalty and magery combined. clad in light and flowing silks of lavendar and periwinkle, Nikki Hirogashi is she who saved her homeland against total eradication by her sorcerous talents. A challenging character, Remi-chan spent over ten hours to craft, though it only takes 17 minutes to watch her work with the speed draw she provided.

What can one do when a mad overlord has not just power over the sands of the desert, but can control the ripples, the ebb and the actual flow of sand into a tidal wave to bury a city. Such wsa the choice a young mage within Remi-chan's Writing Snippets~ had to face, either subjugation and slavery or death and damnation. However, Nikki Hirogash, the Princess of Nordia had other plans, plans that were utterly insane.
