I was surprised to read that the current Japanese emperor has announced his abdication since last September, and his reign will end up on May 1st, 2019. For us living in the Western world it doesn't mean a lot, but the Japanese IT guys fear they will either work extremely hard to update their calendar system or fail to do it in time. Somehow I like we don't need to change our calendar because of any abdication or coup d'etat or referendum asking the ruler to leave for good. Laughing + Tongue sticking out

I love Tom Clancey's (RIP) novels. They jump around a lot. One minute you're reading about Jack Ryan in Dubai, the next minute you're reading about some nonsense in Moscow, then you're back in Dubai with JR, then you've been shifted to the US with some other dudes doing other things. If any other writer did this, it'd be a crime, but TC turned this into an art and it all comes together splendidly in the end.

Actually, I don't think there is any other way to write a Clancey novel, to write it differently simply wouldn't work well, it would probably serve for a terrible excursion. Everything is relative, even if it seems pointless at first. That surveillance plane doing a figure 8 racetrack pattern above Egypt? We'll come back to that, but first...

well another year has gone...Ive officially graduated from my studies in the 3D arts! and now its time to move on to other things!...riiight after work! surprise! I actually have a animation job online! I hope to be on here alot more often now that Ive graduated...but I still have work to do!

Well, I didn't wonder about anything beyond scripting so I didn't notice any missing or absent person. Actually, I haven't finished watching tonight's episode of a certain show... One could say I've been focused on anything else but people and TV shows. Laughing + Tongue sticking out

Here we have seen frost covering the plants in places like Irazu or Tuurrialba volcanoes and Cerro Chirripo. The reason would be that we got low temperature at night, like 3°C or even 1.8°C if I remember clearly...
