You happen to have these same poses for girls? Also, is there a battler for a mage, healer, and/or mystic?

Afraid not. When these were crafted, all that the artist created (Tana I believe) only crafted these male templates for a sideview system. Tana did create a female set of Half Kaiser graphics for action poses (running, attacking and etc), but what she had posted did not have action poses to this extent.
As to battlers for mages or clerics, one would probably use the 'spear' attack and replace the spear with a staff. For a healing pose, you may need to craft something yourself. Something of the guy or girl waving their hands around or tossing an item into the air.

my sprites keep showing parts of other sprites in the sheet when I playtest my game.
as the character image moves back and forth width wise, but not up and down.
not sure what to do:
heres a picture of the modified spear template:

Easy. I can see from here that your 3rd frame in each pose is wider than the others. To correct this, you need to make each frame equal in width. All frames must be equal in both height and width.

thanks
EDIT:also related to the Minkoff's Anim system, i tried to add the half-kaser sprites sheet to already existant characers, but they aren't accepting it.
originally I had a giant swordsman, I gave the character a new battler(the one above) but when i playtest it reverts to the swordsman again, even though in the database it's the spearman sheet.
i tried deleting the swordsman sprite sheet from material base, but now it won't playtest, because it says it's unable to to find the swordman spritesheets file name(because I removed it from material base)
infact, it i switch the actors battle sprite with anyother it will revert back to the swordsman...not sure why...

Well, the battlers do have to be lined up properly. You pretty much have it right with how they're justified.
Insofar as your issue with the battler spritesheets not showing in your animation system, the system that I maintain should work just fine. Any battler spritesheet you define in the actor's database in the battle window should automatically update. Even the 'change actor graphics' feature (allowing you to change the battler from one image to another) performs an update.
As to your issue with a fixed battler (not permitting it to change), I have never seen that before.

well if that never happened before..then that might be a problem
I should also mention i'm using Paradog's CTB, if that helps.

I guess you mean MY Animated Battlers system demo with ParaDog's CTB. Not really. That was the first non-RTAB system I found Animated Battlers was compatible. Perhaps you have another script that is interfering with the battlers system or a system that is using another directory other than Graphics\Battlers for the location of your battlers.

well, the only scripts i have are he FF-Style slanted bars, caterpillar system by Fuki, and Advanced Messaging system...
but tbh, it allowed me to switch chars ysterday before i started working the spear sheet..maybe the RGSS just had a derp moment...
well...its not just the characters I find that are fied, it also weapons too.
when i use a gunner spritesheet it will "teleport" to the enemy and then use the gun animation, instead of attacking at a ditance like a gunner should.
it does this ONLY if I give it a weapon that isn't in the ID of the default gun weapons IDs(bronze to mythril gun IDs)
also, when i use a mage spritesheet, it won't use spell
