I've seen and became a fan of some of these crazy fan pages.

1. "dont you hate it when Ke$ha holds your party up because she hasnt walked in"
2. "I HATE TEACHERS WHO HELP SOMONE BEHIND YOU AND STICK THEIR A** IN YOUR FACE"
3. "This Lady From Wal Mart" (And let me tell you. That lady is CREEPY!
4. "There would be less drunk driving in the world if taco bell delivered"

I read there was such a stupid soldier that he posted his unit's plan to bomb Cisjordan or whatever you wanna call it on Facebook... I really thought people couldn't get more stupid than they already are...

I think I may have gained a bit of insight on why people join fanpages. So me and a friend of mine were chatting a bit about a bunch of things, she was joining a couple of groups here and there and becoming a fan of several pages. I commented on how I lol'd at the title of this group she joined. She told me she was becoming a fan of a bunch of pages and later said "it was a way for people to get to know [her]", an attempt at expression I think.

Another thing I realise is that I think I might've figured out why people create fan pages., especially fan pages that would appeal to the lowest common denominator. Feel free to take this with a grain of salt. I think it has to do with wanting to feel popular or wanting to somehow make money off of getting people to join their pages. That's what I think.

Yeah theres alot of them on there. I dont get why people subscribe to that stuff? Is it supposed to bring certain types of people together?
