Have you ever wondered What's on the mind of friends in the community? It is worldwide, so when one asks if anyone felt the recent earthquake in New York, they may get a response.

Early this week, the News of the World spotlighted on the remnants of the Baltimore Bay Bridge toppled by a Singapore cargo vessel hitting a support pylon. Rubble cleared, transit vessels can now go through the Baltimore Harbor. But its estimated to take a decade to rebuild the bridge. Much news focused on Israel, with U.S. President Biden threatening to cut off support. But then an WCK aid convoy was struck by Israeli fire. The White House was quick to blame, itself refusing to accept its own responsibility in the 2021 Afghan drone strike. Amid pressure, Israel announced it was pulling out from southern Gaza, a victory for Hamas. But footage showed a gunman was on one of the busses earlier, and recent news suggests Hamas intended to make the convoy appear to be a viable target, the aid convoy's decals not visible at night during the attack. What is to be expected when even W.H.O run hospitals were used as Hamas Terror headquarters? Fighting continues between Russia and Ukraine, with more support going to the tiny nation that Vladimir Putin underestimated. France sent armored vehicles as NATO membership looms closer. But even sooner, Finland is yet another that signed a 10-year defence pact with Ukraine. Last week, National Guard were overwhelmed as rioters at El Paso pushed through to Border Agents. And while many arrested, a Texas Judge was forced to grant bonds as the District Attorney did not prepare for detention hearings required by law. If that sounded bad, the DHS chief is now being forced to answer how Terrorists initially identified were allowed to enter the U.S. And news comes out that U.S. President Biden is providing more funds to Illegal Aliens than his administration to U.S. Veterans. Cities in the U.S. are reeling from the influx, Tuburculosis cases showing up in Chicago Migrant Shelters, and Denver directing them to New York instead. Mexico 'appears' to be rounding up migrants, but this only before the 2024 election that migrants wish for another Biden win. But not alone with issues with Migrants, Canada's Prime Minister admits migrants are impacting wages. France had to clear out migrant camps before the Olympics. And a Syrian migrant was arrested for stabbinga 4-year old girl in Germany. The turmoil in Haiti continues as Canada prepares for intervention by sending troops to Jamaica, And as over 50,000 flee the island country, gangs loot the National Library, putting historical documents at risk. Tragedy struck Taiwan as a massive earthquake struck, killing at least 9 and injuring 800 others. While the world sent best wishes, China sent replies of thanks back, infuriating Taiwan. Despite courtroom issues, Judges rejecting requests to dismiss cases, District Attorneys trying to dismiss bonds paid in actual cash, Donald Trump continues fighting. And it turns out that the Georgia District Attorney was given an ultimatum or face felony charges herself. And bad news continues to grow for President Biden, supporters lamenting over his fundraising appearances, fellow Democrats calling Biden a threat to Democracy, and the Rock regretting he ever backed Joe. But now, those under medicare will have grievences themselves as Medicare Advantage is being slashed by Biden. Isis and Iranian worldwide terror terror plots including Notre Dame, the Cuban 'Sonic Attacks' during the Trump administration revealed to have Russian origins, Venezuelans burning Maduro and Putin effigies on Easter, President Milei to inspect secret base set up by China in Argentina. Police in Scotland overwhelmed by calls after Hate-Speech law went into effect, Wisconsin voters ban of Zuckerbucks and other private funding of elections, the Police Pants-less protest over uniform shortages in Germany, and over 40 more articles hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
The roadway to Electric Vehicles hit a major roadblock according to this week's News of the Cyber World. China slowed down production due to lack of demand, Amazon fires 600 due to its EV failures, and Ford suffered major losses due to poor sales. Despite this and lack of both charging stations and viability, U.S. President Biden made new mandates targeting all major supply line trucks and bussing services. Artificial Intelligence too reigns in the cyber as New York's new AI chatbot was found giving potentially illegal advice, all while Microsoft, Meta and Twitter/X take action against AI powered disinformation and malicious bots and malware. Amazon's AI shopping revealed to be 1000 workers from India, Google planning to make their AI search system a paid feature, Facebook sued for giving member content Netflix, Columbia blasting TikTok for allowing Terror Group recruitment, and much more hit this week's cybernews.

This week, the U.S. and U.Kl govermnents filed both criminal charges and sanctions against Chinese Hackers sponsored by China itself. Half a dozen defendents, all Chinese Nationals, are also employed by China's Ministry of State Security and part of the APT31 or Zirconium hacking group that has been active since 2010. And even the New York Times noted that the stance by the U.S. and U.K was more unified and resouding when they compared it to Obama's response for the the 2015 government data breach.

Development Discussion
For those curious about the projects going on, Remi-chan had decided to share Whats up with fellow RMers about her game, Fantasia, showing off her new menu screens and a recording of her latest vocal artist. Meanwhile, DerVVulfman showed up with an animated gif. Claiming to be one of his projects, he's been tinkering with a decades old Terraria/Mincraft like system while making corrections here and there.
