I just introduced him! You know nothing about him, his character growth, or anything else, for that matter.
And who says there'll be 20 goofy characters in my game?!

You're the reason I hate releasing info. What you say makes no sense, and I'm seriously considering not updating my game post at all anymore because of your incessant and nonsensical negativity and rushy attitude. I'm really sick of it, to be honest. I can keep the info between myself and people who actually care about a good game being made.

You gave zero reason as to why you hate him, and you seem to want the game to be some kind of killing simulator, because you want a choice to kill anyone you want off. I will not be taking advice from you anymore, kyonides, since you have nothing substantive to say at all. Stay away from my game post, since it's not going to be something you'll like, apparently. (Maybe you should go play Happy Wheels instead, since you'll like that more.)

I was hypothetically speaking, Lani, I don't think your characters are goofy or useless, they are just normal characters for a game and that's OK. My suggestion should be considered just as a humble suggestion and nothing else. Oh and it wasn't the idea to just kill all those characters people don't like, to make people choose if they keep it or replace them with new or old characters is also a good alternative.

If you want to do what I suggested or not is up to you, I'm not forcing you to do anything, especially if you're your game's dev after all, oh, but stop taking everything I say as something personal because it's not like that. You may find my ideas are good or bad and it's OK since you have the right to have you own opinion. Remember I didn't react the way you did here when you posted a suggestion regarding the scan skill feature of my script.

It is not good to so readily jump on the "takes everything personal" train. If your immediate reaction is to take something personally or with anger you should wait a day before responding.

After reading some reviews and spoilers(?) I feel like comic books are quite unstable these days, there is no actual continuity because the writers keep rebooting their characters every 5 or ten years or so. I find it boring as if there is no common basis for new writers to build upon and if they feel like there is one, surprise, that character's story is going to be rebooted once again.

I've been watching a few Slayers episodes and I gotta admit Dilgear and Zolf look like real goofs or weirdoes only bested by Rezzo the red mage or monk himself. (Spoilers might help clarify my current point of view...)

A few days ago I learnt about a technical course (or is a workshop?) that might be quite interesting for a scripter like me but it's totally javascript oriented. As you may have noticed my forte is Ruby and Javascript is not even close to be called my second (programming) language. I know the basics about Object Oriented Programming thanks to my experience with Ruby but that might proof to be insufficient to deal with this specific intensive course that also includes dev platforms I haven't read enough about. It's not that I could not face the challenge at all but I still might get lost in binary translation (or script execution?) and not pass any sort of examination. This time I might need more than mere luck or happy coincidences indeed.
