Instructions

This script gets pasted above Main but below Scene_Debug, or below your Custom Battle System if applicable.  If used with any Visual enhancing system, it belongs above it.

There IS a detailed configuration page that should be easy to use.  Please read the Header/Instruction page to understand the system.

NOTE

Initially based on  Me™'s (or Derk Jan's) work, but heavily edited and now almost incomparable from the original

Compatibility

Works by itself for the base 5 slots, or with MultiSlots! to expand beyond them.  Also has adaptions for two-handed weapon displays with MultiSlots, and can function with AnimBats!

Credits and Thanks

Credit for 'lots' of the base code comes from my pal Me™.  He in turn used or evolved systems by Raitaime and Geso Chiku.

Author's Notes

Named after a friend at work.  :D

Terms and Conditions

Free for usage, even with commercial projects.  The only stipulation is that credit must be given to me, to Me™, Raitaime and Geso Chiku.  Edits to the system however cannot be supported.

HOLY HECK!!!

In 10 years, this is the first...
BUMP!!!
To version 2.0

This is an almost complete rewrite of my original .... from ten years ago???   The configuration system totally revamped, options to set the name of your cache directory, compatability with MultiSlots!   And it has been tested with Rosy's Transformations if anyone wants to make a game where an actor shapeshifts!

Well... getting better.  It's only a 5 year..

BUMP
To version 2.0

Another virtual rewrite, this new edition is more compliant with frame and pose animation systems.  The new edition allows the game developer to apply the gear to the enemy battlers as well as the actors.  And you can set even the enemy bodies to be changed via comment-based script commands as well as the Enemy Transform system build into RPGMaker XP.

The two demos have been altered.  The one that shows off the system by itself uses bare hero characters with all the armor, shields, weapons and even cloaks as paperdoll overlay graphics. The other uses the AnimBat! system, though only the shields and swords are layered content. However, both also allow the battlers to change appearance down the line.

The edition of AnimBat in use is version 1.3, a minor change added allowing for some sprited poses to be mirrored, useful for this system's direction-based layering.  And newer than what is currently posted today.
