Well, the event code you showed didn't have anything turning it off.
Page 1 runs when the 0180: strayer victory switch is off... which turns that switch on, and...
Page 2 runs when the 0180: strayer voctory switch is on.
Either parallel process or auto-run, they start running the moment the switch is activated or deactivated as long as it stays on the same map. To deactivate, you need to have a 3rd page like I mentioned before.... or to switch to another map like you did with the transfer player.
But the moment you return to that map, the parallel processes will start again... it'll loop.
