 Event Touch
Hello! I'm having some kind of a problem?
I'm using a few complex events to make a fishing minigame, everything worked fine in other maps.
Now I've copied same events on another map, everything seems to work exept for an event that's supposed to touch the player and stop the minigame.

What happens is this event goes through the player without getting activated. (It has Through activated since it moves on water)
What bugs me is that everything works on other maps (that is, the original one where I made the fishing minigame and another map where I copied everything)
Everything should be set alright but I guess I'm missing something I don't know  
I tried changing the direction of the "Event touch" event but nothing changes, even though it worked fine on other maps so I guess it was unneeded.
If needed, I will try posting some screenshots, although the system is quiet complex 
First I just wanted to ask if there's some basic rule I've never learned

Very curious. Perchance, do you have other scripts in your game? And can you upload your current work. A screenshot may not work as it may have some underlying issue that the screenie wouldn't show.

I just tried erasing each external script and it still happens. I'M SURE I'm just missing something very stupid, I guess I just don't see it.

This may sound odd, but ... I fixed it and I didn't fix it.

The above attachment is basically your two fishing maps, with me adding two more.  Copy/paste these into the demo you uploaded (Clearly from the 2nd PM).  You will see that I first made a duplicate of map #2 which works, and then I made a duplicate of the non-functional map.

Now when I copied the non-functional map, the issue still persisted.  So... I thought....  What if I deleted the events and started fresh, actively copying the events from the functional map.  And even so, copy them in EventID order.

Er, that is to say that the sign on the working map, which is also Event 15 was copied to the duplicate of the non-functional map... and is also Event 15 there too.  And Event 13 which is the fish event for the working map was duplicated as Event 13 on the formerly non-functional map. 

I mean I literally substituted the events in order!

It took a little time to make sure that the event IDs were the same between the two.... I have no idea where the flaw is, but this makes me think that there is something looking for a specific event by its ID.

Oh. So I wasn't really that stupid, just a bit! Well, that's odd.
But it works, yai! Fish for everyone. Except for you since you cannot fish.
